Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone's browser. Staff can install the staff screens on a phone or tablet from the browser, like an app.
What do we need to start?
A phone, tablet or computer for the counter, and one for the kitchen if you want the kitchen screen. We set up your menu, tables and QR cards with you.
Which printer does it work with?
Bills print through the browser on 80 mm and 58 mm receipt printers or on A4 paper.
What if the internet goes down?
Table orders taken while the internet is down are saved on the device and sent when it is back. Settling a bill needs the internet.
Is our data safe and separate?
Yes. Every restaurant's data is kept apart from every other restaurant's, and staff only see what their role allows.
